Better hydration for my cat

My vet recommended a stainless steel fountain after my cat got a bacterial infection, got dehydrated and had a seizure . She said stainless steel retards the growth of bacteria (even in filtered water). My cat loves this fountain. My other two were a bit stand-offish at first because the water bubbles up faster than their old plastic fountain but they love it now. I just got this fountain and set it up last night for my 2 cats, and they were drinking from it right away! It’s very big, and I really love how easy it is to open the tray where the filter goes—way easier than my other fountain that’s a struggle to deal with.
