Warranty Overview

Pawira stands behind the quality and durability of its products. Every Pawira Cat Water Fountain purchased directly from pawira.com is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

This warranty is intended to provide long-term support for your product and to ensure reliable performance under normal household use.

Definition of “Lifetime Warranty”

The Lifetime Warranty refers to the lifetime of the Pawira product, beginning from the original date of purchase and lasting for as long as the product remains in use under normal conditions.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal operation and proper care.

Pump Replacement Coverage

The pump is a critical component of the Pawira Cat Water Fountain, and it is fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

If the pump fails during normal use, Pawira will replace the pump. There is no limit to the number of pump replacements provided, provided the failure is not caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external damage.

Pump replacements may be issued multiple times over the lifetime of the product as needed.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, functional issues that arise during normal household use, and pump failures that occur under normal operating conditions.

At Pawira’s discretion, a defective component may be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished part.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, filter replacements, or other consumable parts.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, improper cleaning, failure to follow care instructions, or use outside of intended household pet use is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, customers must contact Pawira by email at info@pawira.com.

Warranty requests should include the original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem. Pawira may request additional information to properly assess the claim.

Eligibility

This Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from pawira.com and is valid for the original purchaser and the original product.

Pawira reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage based on usage conditions and product inspection.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected product or component. Pawira is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where prohibited by law.
